By offering individualized equitable support, AmpLivFly expands the classroom allowing students to get the support they need when they need it. AmpLivFly also increases efficiency and effectiveness of success coaches, case managers, career navigators and other frontline employees by giving them the tools needed to reduce the time between learning what is impacting students ability to learn and coaching them to a solution.

Our Vision

AmpLivFly was created out of the belief that the best educational experiences are integrated with equitable and holistic coaching. Coaching that engages, empowers and supports student persistence, self-awareness, and ability to self-advocate. AmpLivFly also believes that teachers also need equitable support, and cannot be expected to be everything for everyone in any program design.

What We Offer

On-Demand Curriculum:

A 15-week student engagement curriculum designed to increase persistence through explicit instruction, metacognition training, and behavioral coaching that can be layered onto any educational class for nontraditional or at-risk students to increase retention, outcomes, and success.

Communication Platform:

Engaging students into customizable cohorts as well as across communities’ connections through our unique communication platform, because it has been proven that when working and collaborating with people who students view as similar in challenges and experiences to themselves engagement increases, persistence strengthens and retention grows. Our positive focused platform allows for shared experience, positive encouragement, and a place to celebrate victories with people who understand what our students are going through.

Artificial Intelligence:

Embedded artificial intelligence amplifies the efficiency and effectiveness of any coaching, navigation or case management program component from the most complex to the non-existent. It does this by providing program employees with real-time data on individual student challenges, psychological mindset, and engagement issues. And in doing so, decreasing the time employees must interview and gather information about their students while increasing the available time they have to develop meaningful relationships and deep impactful conversations. We call that equitable, impactful support!
